Among the products shown and sold in the event, are flowers and plants.
Handmade furniture pieces are sought-after items in these fairs.
A quincha house can be seen in the fairgrounds.
Agricultural crops are showcased in the event.
Pineapple is one of the main products grown in the area.
These calabazas are very useful in the countryside of Panama. They can be turned into household items for storing water or into musical instruments.
Sausage, sun-dried meat and other traditional foods were sold in small restaurants known as fondas.
A rodeo-style contest is another of the attractions of the fair.
Mechanical rides are one of the top draws of the fair for children.
There are also opportunities to practice extreme sports with safety.
As in every event in the countryside of Panama, our folk music is also present.
La Chorrera is the capital city of the new province of West Panama. However, it has held its namesake fair for many decades. The event has become the main showcase for local products such as pinapple, other crops and cattle.
This event is also a very important hub for the traditional culture of the region. It features traditional dances, handicrafts and delicious food prepared acording to local gastronomic heritage.
